To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
- To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com using the e-mail address used to place order, it is a necessary step having several manufacturing facilities and as many warehouses located in different areas throughout Italy, Europe and Usa.
- (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
- Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form).
- We have a warehouse based in Italy, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
- We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you!
- Returned items should be delivered to the designated return or warehouse facility not later than 5 days from when we accept the return request. For Items returned later than 5 days from the approval of the return request will receive extra restocking fees and or If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have not been returned following these guidelines.
- Mail your return to the address provided by us. For instance, a delivery to be returned to our headquarters would look like this:

- Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
Please check whether your item is a returnable one or not. If it falls into the "Final sale" product we are unable to offer a return.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returns can generally be requested within 14 days of the delivery date, after a return request form has been filled. You can find the return form here. Returns and refunds are regulated by our online return policies. Please be aware that not all products can be returned. To learn more, please visit the customer care section here for further details. Alternatively, you can return the items in person to one of our store locations. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Pisani Maura E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards only expire after 2 years. If you choose to make a return at one of our locations, you will receive a store credit to use in-store. Please keep in mind that Gift Cards issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase and are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online. HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. However, we will gladly accept exchanges at our stores as applicable.
We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING/DEFECTIVE/NOT WHAT I ORDERED. WHAT DO I DO?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #PisaniMauraStyle!
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM.
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team before returning an item. There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location, however, we will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Tuscany, Italy.
*If you are returning a damaged item and fail to contact us prior to making an international return, please note that the maximum credit for return shipping is $10.00 USD, regardless of actual charges incurred.
MY SHOES DO NOT FIT, AND I WANT TO RETURN THEM.
No worries, we will accept shoe returns up to 14 days after purchase, as long as the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Shoe returns are subject to all standard returns policies and procedures.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO PISANI MAURA, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus any shipping charges and the 10% restocking fees. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however, we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
DOES PISANI MAURA ISSUE REFUNDS?
Yes, we offer store credit via an E-Gift Card. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
If store credit is offered and a customer can't find a suitable substitute to use the credit on within 30 days, the customer cannot get a cash refund, please notice that credit cannot be converted into cash. Any store credit will be valid for a period of 2 years.
